Refund & Return Policy – Dadi House
At Dadi House, we want you to love your clothing and apparel. To maintain high standards of quality and efficiency, we operate a streamlined return policy. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. This includes:
- Ordering the wrong size or color (please refer to our size charts before purchasing)
- Not liking the fabric feel, texture, or fit after delivery
- Finding a lower price elsewhere
We encourage you to read product descriptions, materials, and sizing information carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged during shipping, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Eligibility:
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must show clear signs of manufacturing defect or shipping damage.
- Damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, improper washing, or modification is not covered.
How to request a refund for a defective or damaged product:
- Take clear photos showing the defect or damage.
- Email us at dadihouse@outlook.com with:
- Your order number
- The product name
- Attached photos
- A brief description of the issue
- We will review your request within 2 business days.
- If approved, we will ship a replacement or issue a full refund.
3. Wrong Item Received
If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at dadihouse@outlook.com. Include your order number and a photo of the item you received.
We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost.
4. Refund Process
Once your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, or PayPal).
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been processed.
We do not issue refunds in cash, store credit, or via alternative payment methods.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- Change of mind (as described in Section 1).
- Damage caused by improper washing, drying, ironing, or handling.
- Normal wear and tear after the garment has been worn.
- Products purchased from a third-party retailer (please contact that retailer directly).
- Returns requested more than 7 days after delivery.
6. Return Shipping
Because we do not accept change-of-mind returns, there is generally no need for you to ship items back to us.
For approved defective or wrong-item claims, we will provide instructions on whether the item needs to be returned. If a return is required, we will provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you.
Do not ship any item back to us without first receiving approval and return instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded.
7. Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After that time, our fulfillment process may have already begun, and cancellation may not be possible.
To request a cancellation, email us immediately at dadihouse@outlook.com with your order number. If the cancellation is approved, you will receive a full refund. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
