Track Your Order – Dadi House

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page.

How to Track Your Order

  • Step 1: Locate your tracking number
    Check your email inbox for the shipping confirmation from dadihouse@outlook.com. Your tracking number will be listed there.
  • Step 2: Click the tracking link
    The email includes a direct link to the carrier's tracking page. Click that link to see the latest status of your shipment.
  • Step 3: Enter your tracking number (if needed)
    If the link does not work, copy the tracking number and paste it into the tracking section on the carrier's website.

Depending on your location and the size of your order, we may ship using one of the following carriers:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL (for international orders)

Tracking Status Explained

Status What It Means
Order Confirmed We have received your order and are processing it.
Preparing for Shipment Your items are being carefully packed.
Shipped Your order has left our facility.
Out for Delivery The carrier will deliver your package today.
Delivered The package has been delivered to the address you provided.

No Tracking Number Yet?

If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within 3–5 business days after placing your order, please check your spam folder. If it is still not there, contact us at:

Please include your order number in the email so we can assist you faster.

Delivery Issues

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package:

  • Check with neighbors or building management.
  • Look around your property (sometimes packages are left in hidden spots).
  • Wait one additional business day (carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered early).

If the package is still missing after 2 business days, email us at dadihouse@outlook.com with your order number, and we will help you file a claim.

Order Not Found?

If you enter your tracking number and the carrier shows "Not Found" or "Invalid":

  • Double-check that you entered the number correctly.
  • Wait up to 24 hours after receiving the shipping email (carriers take time to update their systems).
