Shipping & Handling – Dadi House

At Dadi House, we want your clothing and apparel to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read the following information carefully before placing your order.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after we receive your order confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has left our facility.
  • Processing time does not include shipping time.

2. Shipping Time

Shipping time depends on your location. Below are estimated delivery times after your order has shipped:

These are estimates only. Actual delivery time may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.

3. Shipping Carriers

We work with trusted carriers to deliver your order, including:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • DHL (for international orders)

The carrier used for your order will be indicated in your shipping confirmation email.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • The total weight of your order
  • Your shipping destination

You will see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase. We do not hide any fees.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • A tracking number
  • A link to the carrier's tracking page

You can also visit our Track Your Order page at any time for updates. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier's system to show the first update.

6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally happen due to:

  • High order volumes (such as during holiday seasons)
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Carrier strikes or service disruptions
  • Customs clearance for international orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please:

  • Check your tracking link for updates
  • Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number
  • Email us at dadihouse@outlook.com if you need further assistance

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.

7. International Shipping

For orders shipped outside the United States, please be aware of the following:

Customs and Duties:

  • Your order may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or handling fees imposed by your country's customs office.
  • These fees are not included in our shipping costs and are your responsibility.
  • Please check with your local customs office before placing an order.

Customs Delays:

  • International orders may be held for customs inspection, which can delay delivery.
  • We have no control over customs processing times.

Undeliverable International Orders:

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by you or because you refused to pay customs fees, we will issue a refund for the product cost only. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

If you realize you entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately at dadihouse@outlook.com with your order number and the corrected address.

  • If your order has not yet shipped, we will update the address at no charge.
  • If your order has already shipped, we cannot change the address. The package will be sent to the original address provided.
  • Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address will be subject to an additional shipping fee to resend.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a carrier marks your package as "Delivered", we consider the shipment complete.

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package:

  • Check with neighbors or building management.
  • Look around your property (carriers sometimes leave packages in hidden spots).
  • Wait one additional business day (carriers may mark packages as delivered early).

If the package is still missing after 2 business days, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist you as needed.

We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery.
